Dawna Hetzler
Dawna is the Founder and Employing Broker of New Dawn Realty and is licensed in Colorado and Florida.
She is not a morning person and need lots of coffee to get her moving, thinking and possibly even breathing. Dawna has been married to her high school sweetheart, David, for over thirty years and has two rescue Siberian Huskies.
Dawna was born and raised in Southern California and began her Real Estate career there in 1988 until she moved to Colorado in 1993. After finishing her degree in Biology and Chemistry at CU Denver, she got her license in Colorado. She enjoys advocating and negotiating for her clients. She collects seashells, dog kisses and divine moments.
Jenessa Turbes
Jenessa is a Colorado Native who teaches dance on the side, enjoys the great Colorado outdoors no matter the season whether it’s hiking and camping or snowboarding, and is a major dog lover. She is representing the New Dawn Realty team in Colorado Springs. She absolutely loves the real estate industry! Helping others invest in their future by buying and selling homes is a dream come true.
Young Kim
Young is originally from South Korea. Young moved to Colorado over thirty years ago and began his entrepreneurial adventure as a restaurant owner.
After 25 years and gaining hundreds of connections and dazzling customers with his incredible sushi skills, Young decided to go on his next adventure and start his career in Real Estate—specializing in Colorado Springs. Young has connections in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate! When not buying and selling, Young enjoys fishing, hiking, rafting, anything outdoors, and of course cooking.
Chantal Sundberg
Chantal is our Eagle County Agent specializing in Vail properties and mountain living.
Since 2004, with her first rental property, she has experienced the good, bad and ugly with property management and excels in that field. Her heart for helping others and genuine hospitality has earned her ‘Super Host’ rating 3 times in a row with Airbnb.Whether it’s a remodel or basement finish, she keeps contractors and subs on task to finish on time. Chantal speaks four languages, loves mountain towns and charming real estate that is unique to the high country villages—especially Vail.
Melanie Williams
Melanie Williams is originally from Florida, but has lived in Colorado for so long, she calls it home. She is married to her best friend, Jeff, who is a Colorado native, and they have two teenage children. When she’s not riding and caring for her horses or running her kids to events, she’s visiting with friends and family.
She enjoys cultivating great relationships with her real estate clients, which she always hopes leads to lifelong friendships. Being dependable and reliable is what drives her to do her best!
