Hello Clients and Friends! I want to personally thank you for another amazing year. I get to do what I love to do because of YOU. 2022 recap: The New Dawn Realty Team closed $25,522,046 in gross sales. I’m so grateful for your trust in me with your real estate investments. ÂGIVING BACK: ***This year we raised over $7,000 for Volunteers of America (Toys for the Mission) and bought and delivered tons of toys! We will be giving these out on December 19th at VOA. Thank you for your generous donations and yearly support, helping kids receive gifts for Christmas.  For almost 30 years, Greg Hume has been our office leader, spearheading the annual toy drive for Volunteers of America. It is an honor to take his place, heading up this ministry in 2023 and years to come.
Another cause dear to my heart is law enforcement.***We also raised over $2,600 for the Aurora Police Department helping our men and women in blue receive the emergency equipment they needed.
