make sure the seller has winterized the sprinkler system for you.
Market Update:
Interest rates surge to the highest levels in 20 years, leaving buyers reeling. Inventory levels keep creeping up, but it's still a seller's market. A seller must be realistic on pricing, have a home that is move-in ready, and as always, location is key.
GIVING BACK: Last weekend, I attended Back the Badge Event raising funds for the Elbert County Sheriff's Department, and I'm so proud of my community. We raised over $100,000!!!
