Dawna is the Founder and Employing Broker of New Dawn Realty and is licensed in Colorado and Florida.
She is not a morning person and need lots of coffee to get her moving, thinking and possibly even breathing. Dawna has been married to her high school sweetheart, David, for over thirty years and has two rescue Siberian Huskies.

Dawna was born and raised in Southern California and began her Real Estate career there in 1988 until she moved to Colorado in 1993. After finishing her degree in Biology and Chemistry at CU Denver, she got her license in Colorado. She enjoys advocating and negotiating for her clients. She collects seashells, dog kisses and divine moments.
